Our Mission
Sunshyne Box Community Inc. strengthens communities by connecting veterans, older adults, young parents, youth, and individuals experiencing homelessness with compassionate support and practical resources. Through food assistance, housing and transitional-living connections, transportation support, mentoring, support groups, and trusted community partnerships, we help people move toward stability, dignity, independence, and lasting hope.
Veterans
Connecting veterans and their families with meals, housing resources, transportation, benefits navigation, and supportive community services.
Older Adults
Helping older adults locate food, housing, transportation, household assistance, and resources that promote safety, dignity, and independence.
Young Parents
Connecting young parents with support groups, parenting resources, transitional-living referrals, mentoring, and opportunities that encourage family stability.
Neighbors in Need
Helping individuals experiencing homelessness or financial hardship find food, housing assistance, transportation, and other essential community resources.
